Ingredients
1 quart apple juice
1 quart unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup blended canned or dry apricots
1 cup orange juice
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
1/8 teaspoon coriander
Instructions
- Simmer all ingredients in a large kettle.
- Serve hot
- Garnish with orange slices or mint leaves
- Yield: 2 1/2 quarts
