Session 1: July 5, 2021 I entered the Graceful Touch establishment looking forward to a massage. First thing, Guy asked if I had any specific issues I would like to concentrate on. That was a new and interesting thought! My right shoulder had been becoming very stiff, sore, noisy(clicking, grinding, snapping) and catching. My range of motion was very limited to painfully brushing only the right side of my hair and driving was tiring and painful. Guy spent the entire hour deep tissue massaging every muscle involved with that shoulder until I had complete, pain-free range of motion.

Session 2: July 12, 2021 My shoulder had begun to return to it’s painful self within an hour of leaving last week but still not as stiff a week later. So after today’s hour massage to my shoulder alone it stayed free much longer. I applied an analgesic morning and night and began physical therapy type exercises to keep it free.

Session 3: July 21, 2021 So much better this week that I only devoted 30 minutes to my shoulder and 30 to other issues. Continued the pain relief creme and exercises.

Session 4: July 27, 2021 Stiff and sore enough from hard use this week that we devoted the full 60 minutes to my shoulder.
I can tell that there must be some issues in the joint as the noises and catching continues but the massage therapy and exercises have allowed me to have full use of my right arm this summer.
