Ingredients

1 cup coconut or soy milk
1 banana
1 cup pineapple juice
1 vanilla bean
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
4 cups cooked rice
Crushed pineapple and raisins

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients together.
  2. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes until hot
