Ingredients
  • 2½ cups (625 mL) low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
  • 2–4   fresh sage leaves
  • 4 cups (1 L) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ½   medium onion, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2   garlic cloves, peeled

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients, in the order listed, to the Deluxe Cooking Blender.
  2. Replace and lock the lid. Turn the wheel to select the SOUP setting; press the wheel to start.

  • 6  servings
