Ingredients


1 cup toasted unsweetened desiccated coconut
1/2 cup carob powder
1 cup sunflower seeds, ground dry
1/2 cup sesame seeds, ground dry
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup honey
6 Tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon butterscotch flavoring

Instructions

  1. Heat honey to soften
  2. Stir in peanut butter
  3. Add all other ingredients and stir well
  4. Press into casserole dish
